The Office management system used to create, store, manipulate office details needed for basic office management. It is a process of automating the manual processes like check-in/out, attendance, employee details, and salary vouchers and so on. This replaces the human workload which increases work efficiency, so the employees concentrate on other important roles. By using this system, we won’t lose data regarding management, and also it improves economy. This system is easy to handle and easy to understand. The proposed system chains all features required. The office management system includes attendance, leave applications and tasks assigned managements. It is very reliable, user friendly and strong software to work with. Employees can just enroll the details and the manager can validate the necessities of each employee like leave approval, task assigning and attendance in a single click. The functions of the administrator are, marking attendance for each employee just by one click, assigning everyday and weekly tasks to employees by setting a deadline date, viewing performance reports of the employees and also they can send notifications or feedback on their performance. Administrator can create login and passwords for each employee once they join the organization and apply access permissions according to the level they are in. They can also add and edit the employee details and also view the complaints raised by them and resolve it. The functions or responsibilities of the employee are, edit profile details, view notifications sent by admin, view their own tasks assigned, raising complaints if any computer issues or team issues, apply leave and can mark their own attendance by just logging in.
