The main idea of this project is to manage a stock for a corporation or organization, deal with deals and acquisition of items. This project includes various modules and features to add, edit, view and delete stock details in the database. This system is developed to meet the current stock management hassle of an organization. In this system, user details, expenses, stock presence, payments, sales, and provider details can be reported and seen. Updating also can be done on user details, stock details, sales and provider details. The stock management system is user friendly. Once the Product details are provided, any user information can be easily retrieved. The validations and security helps in avoiding unauthorized user entry. The reports on any details can be produced easily.
Stock details: In this module, admin can view, add and edit the stock details. Here, user details, expenses, stock presence, payments, sales, and provider details can be produced. The inquiry is done by the admin once the stock been received. All the details are entered into the database regarding the goods, like, receipt number, supplier details, Product details and purchase details.
Purchased stock: Here, the new product stocks been added and updated in the database.
Dispatching Stock: The products to be dispatched and the dispatched products list is entered in the database for admin reference.
Shifting the Stock: The stock to be shifted which got dispatched, and tracking the shifted stock reaches the respective organization.
